Strike Thickness: When specified, an intermediate coating such as nickel shall be applied to the steel bases metal for corrosion protection.
Notes: Prior to production, six specimens of the BlkNi shall be prepared at the same time and shall be uniform in appearance. Plate 20 to 40 minutes at 75-95 degrees F. pH balance of 5.5-6.1 with a cathode current density of 0.5-1.5 amp/ sq. feet.
