As Production Supervisor, Patrick Hagarty is responsible for facilitating continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding company goals of safety, quality and productivity of select plating lines.
Patrick attended Marian College of Fond du Lac WI where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Operations Management. A former Marine instructor, he has over ten years of manufacturing management experience and has worked for Mercury Marine as a Metallurgy Tech and Heat Treating Supervisor and most recently was Supervisor of Quality and Metallurgy for ATI Latish in Milwaukee, WI. With a heavy background in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, we are happy to have Patrick as a part of the Advanced Plating team.
Bradley Bondhus graduated from University of Wisconsin – Stout with a Bachelor of Applied Science with a concentration in Nanoscience. From the beginning of his college career, he was very involved in undergraduate research programs such as, researching and developing nanoscale filtration devices, designing and procuring equipment to build a vacuum system capable of synthesizing nanomagnetic devices and various other projects throughout the years. Bradley was also an executive member of campus organizations such as Kappa Lambda Beta Fraternity, Blue Devil Boxing Club and a founding member of UW-Stout’s chapter of the Materials Research Society. His ambition and earnestness has brought him to work for Advanced Plating Technologies as a Process Engineer where he will strive to improve the services of APT for the company as well as its customers.
As our Quality Manager, Lindsey Loehner is responsible for developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining initiatives that promote quality performance improvement throughout our company including managing ISO systems 9001:2008 and 13485:2003. She has worked in quality for the past 5 years and most recently as the Quality Assurance & Safety Manager at a food processing and manufacturing facility.
Lindsey attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. We are excited to have Lindsey as part of the Advanced Plating Technologies team and look forward to her contributions to our continuing success.
As an Estimating Engineer, Daniel Russow is involved in preparing price quotations, planning sample parts, and applying his technical background along with his critical and analytical thinking skills to help develop engineered solutions in surface finishing at APT.
Daniel attended the University of Minnesota on the Chick Evans Caddie Scholarship, a full tuition and housing scholarship awarded based on: academics, character, financial need, and caddie record. Daniel graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. During college he worked as a Chemical Engineering Intern for Liesch Associates, Inc. (Liesch), an environmental engineering consulting company. Upon graduation, Daniel accepted a full-time offer with Liesch as a Chemical Engineer. This past spring, Daniel followed his new bride to Milwaukee and has been very eager to apply his technical background as an Estimating Engineer for APT.
As the Customer Service Manager, Salina Winslow provides sales-focused customer service to include logistical, clerical and communication support of the company operations as well as follow up support for sales quoting and sampling and order status. She also assists with the company’s website maintenance as well as updating and developing our social media presence.
Salina also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. Upon graduation, she earned her commission in the United States Navy where she completed two Middle Eastern deployments as a Surface Warfare Officer. We look forward to Salina contributing to the continued growth of APT through a customer-centered function within our current daily operations.
